  1. Summary: The <image> and the <rect> in the attached "output.svg" file are declared to have the same 'x', 'y', 'width', and 'height'; but the <image> is placed incorrectly. Application: Affinity Designer 2.1.1 OS: MacOS 13.5 Reproducible: Yes. Open the attached SVG file. Notes: The SVG contains the following: rect opacity='0.5' x='-1' y='-1' width='2' height='2' image opacity='0.5' x='-1' y='-1' width='2' height='2' ... /> (The image is a solid red square.) You can see in the screenshot that the <rect> and <image> are not in the same place. Clicking on the object and looking at the Transform window reveals that the image's coordinates are incorrect. Inkscape, Safari, and Chrome all position the <rect> and <image> in the same place. output.svg
  2. Original title : SVG with shape croping doesn't open right Hi, I'm not sure my thread title is the correct terminology, but the bug is simple to reproduce, so it might lead to the real source of the issue. So there is this SVG design here: Unfortunately, it doesn't right in Affinity Designer (1.11) The left shape contains several cropping and this doesn't get displayed as expected. Note that FireFox displays it just right, and Illustrator open it right as well. Thanks for taking a look! EDIT: croping doesn't seems to be the issue but transform SVG seems to be (check discussion below). Thread renamed accordingly.
  3. Hey guys! I'm on Photo v1.8.5.703, Windows 10, version 1909, OS build 18363.1082. Photo jumbles up the coat of arms for me on this flag of Hungary: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Flag_of_Hungary_with_arms_(state).svg#/media/File:Flag_of_Hungary_with_arms_(state).svg
  4. I have a problem with the following SVG file: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_South_Korea#/media/File:Flag_of_South_Korea.svg Screenshot attached. macOS version: 10.15.1 Affinity version: 1.7.3
  5. The SVG file of the Antarctic Treaty Flag is wrongly imported. I hope that the SVG file itself is correct (another program has problems with the file) but on the browser and Inkscape or GraphicConverter correctly visualise the flag. You can find the file here (; correctly rendered in my browser) or in the attachment. Regards, Hardy Flag_of_the_Antarctic_Treaty.svg
