For me one of the key missing features to help me replace Lightroom would be a filmstrip feature. Basically, I would want to select an bunch of photos, load them into the Develop persona to give me a side-by-side comparison of the Photo's that I have edited. Ideally, it would allow for adding ratings to photos so I can filter them by quality. And it would also be nice to add labels to photos to indicate whether or not they were fully developed or marked to be developed/ discarded. This would then also allow me to copy paste all (or a selection of) the Develop parameters and paste them to a selected photos as an easy means to batch process them (with immediate visual feedback on the result).

I use Adobe Bridge as my DAM. I have just noticed that when I open an image in AP it is slightly cropped. See images attached and note the edges. Any ideas why this should be?

Since Affinity don't have a proper image viewer, I like to know if Adobe Bridge work with Affinity Photo?

I thought I would share (what I thought) was a great bit of news. I really liked that feature in Adobe Bridge that lets you shirk down a window with a single click and then bring it back up with a single click. I am not the world's biggest Bridge fan but I like that one feature a lot. I was just sent an email from the makers of HoudahSpot that they brought this feature to their HoudahSpot 5 beta! I thought some people here might like to hear that since many here are of course former Adobe users and might like to know this. I use HS's tagging support constantly, I find it to work better then Bridge or even the Finder in many ways. I would suggest trying this product and helping the developer. Important product to have on hand.

Is their a way to link Affinity Photo and have it working with Adobe Bridge 6.2??

Hi, are you planning to include a digital assets management feature to "replace" Lightroom or even to have an addition like bridge? Macphun with their product Luminar are working on that. I work with Lightroom since version 1 and was a paid tester before it came out. I would love to see an addition with LR or Bridge features included in your excellent Affinity Photo which I use on my mac & on my iPad. Hope to hear good news from you! Stephan

Hello and thanks in advance. Well, I've done it! I've just uninstalled PS CS5, Adobe Bridge and Lightroom (which I never used 'cos I got easily confused...). Although neither my pre-subscription PS nor Bridge supported my camera (Nikon D7200) NEF RAW files and I had to import everything through adobe DNG converter, I did find Bridge really helpful in locating image files through tags and searches, and also it's 'loop' facility for culling on import. Soooo, I'm looking at ACDsee Photo Studio 20, on offer at $29.95. Does anyone in this wonderful community use it? It does support my camera RAW, but I see that it only supports afphoto as thumbnails. I don't see this as a problem - is it? Also, does it import existing keyword tags? I just need something for my several thousand images (all arranged by yyyy/mm/dd [Title] [tags]) to help out until Affinity releases a DAM... Please :) Many thanks
