  1. I've ordered the Affinity workbook and chose to have it delivered to a different address in a different country because they don't deliver to my location. However, whilst I was placing the order, wrong name got pulled from my account (my own name). I'm having it delivered to my mother in law's house and wished to put her name for the delivery. I've contacted the support via email, but they probably won't answer over the course of the weekend and I have no idea how long it takes them to dispatch my order and if it will be possible for them to change the name of the recipient in time. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How can this be resolved quickly?
  2. I want to purcahse the software as a gift for my grandson. I started the order process and did not see any information about selecting or entering a mailing address. The product is advertised as selling with free shipping. I understand many software packages are now just downloaded to the computer; however, that does not work if you are wanting to gift someone the software. Please advise, Thank you
  3. Hi, I bought the Designer Workbook some time ago and it was shipped to Brazil without any issues. Today I tried to buy the Photo Workbook and see if the Publisher Workbook was available, but I see that the country is not an option anymore. Do you intend to ship again to Brazil on the foreseeable future? Is there any other way I could order the Photo Workbook?

  6. Hi On the FAQ page for Physical Products the list of countries shipped to include South Africa, but is not an option on the checkout page as a shipping address. Please let me know if shipping to South Africa should be an option or is the FAQ page incorect. Thanks
  7. I guess I should have read the help section before ordering through the website. If I wanted the poor care and damaged product that is typical of Amazon when they deliver books, I would have gone through them for the free 2 day shipping instead of waiting a week to see that it came through Amazon anyway. You should probably make that clear on the order page, by the way. I was *incredibly* disappointed to see that there was absolutely no value in ordering directly from you guys. In spite of Amazon's signature crunched corners and binding damage, it looks like it was originally a well made book, and I love well made books. I hope that I'm at least not disappointed in the content.
  8. Hello all! I'm excited to use Affinity Designer. I also would like to buy the Designer Workbook to have some solid guidance along the way but Affinity doesn't ship to the Philippines.   9. Hi. I have just purchased Affinity Designer for Windows and would really like also to buy the Affinity Designer Workbook. The trouble here however is that you seem to not ship orders to Norway. How Come? You ship orders to Sweden and they lie just next to us. I sincerely hope this is a temporary problem and that I will be the happy owner of said item in the near future. Please feel free to reply with info on this topic. There might be more norwegians out here for all I (and you) know.
