  1. I created a document, mail merged to a new document, pages numbered 1 to 38, excel document numbered 1 to 38 Set to print. So why was the first document printed no 19 then 18,20,17,21 etc This defies all logic
  2. I am fairly regularly seeing a problem with printing from Affinity Publisher on my Canon printer. The document mostly prints OK but certain images - possibly rotated ones, overlapping ones and/or transparent-backgrounded ones - have strange omitted portions on the resultant print. It's definitely a Publisher issue, because when I export to PDF and print exactly the same document from Acrobat, the issues are not present. I have known this to happen across several versions of Publisher over a fairly long period (possibly as long as Publisher has been around) but not got around to logging it as a bug until now (sorry!). I've attached some images of it happening on a recent print-out. All three of the rectangular images (which are non-transparent PNG files placed into the document and then rotated to various angles into a sort of collage of overlapping images) should be whole rectangles but two have corners cut off and one has a very weird triangular omission which I've not seen before. Is there anything further I can share by way of assisting with investigating and resolving this bug? Thanks!
  3. I had this problem with 1.9, but refrained from reporting it, since there were many who were reporting bugs with printing. I just installed 1.9.1 and the issue is still present. When I attempt to print and choose FILE, PRINT, the program crashes. Every time. Both Designer and Photo. My specs: OS: Mac: 11.2.1 (Big Sur) Hardware: MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Printer: HP Office Pro 7740 Series (drivers are up to date) This did not happen in 1.8.x
  4. Hi Affinity Team - I hope I am posting this in the correct location. I've posted before - with zero replies. Is there a tech support page? I have been having major printing problems ever since the new update to AD - 1.5.1 Because of these issues I decided to download 1.5.2 - Beta 3 - it's seems I am still having the same issues and I'm not sure if I have a setting wrong, a printer that might be the problem, or just plain user error? However, I never had these problems before the update and the app has worked always worked great. If you look at the attachments it might explain the problems a bit more. Basically, what is showing on the art board that I am printing is very different then the printed page. I also have attached the file for each - one in AD 1.5.1 and the other in AD 1.5.2 - Beta 3. I did a little test with these simple shapes and I added some effects. Orange Star has an Outer Shadow, the Blue Square has a Bevel/Emboss Effect as well as the Red Circle and the Heart has 3D Effect, etc...... Can anyone help me with these issues? Cheers - Mario - My printer is Canon Pro-100 I also had printer errors saying could not print filters? My only work around is to use Adobe Illustrator Beta Test Printing with Issues copy.afdesign Working Christmas Woody 2 copy.afdesign
