Hey everyone! When setting snappig mode to true, the setting will not be saved, even with "Synchronise tools across files" enabled. I am using iPad mini 5, iOS 13.4.1, Designer 1.7.1. Best wishes, Shu

Hi, I designed a lightbulb as a part of a logo I'm designing and I tried to make the lightbulb one simple layer by hitting the "add" button in the Boolean controls but 3 times now a loading bar pops up saying "adding" but It seems to get stuck there and I can't do anything in the app except force quit and go back to a previous save point. Thanks in advance for the help!

The problem just happens as it titles, I want to install fonts on Affinity Designer for iPad as the Affinity page tutorial follows, going to settings, pressing the cloud icon, locating the fonts I want to install, select each weight (file) such as bold, light, etc, and then tapping on "Open" but after that nothing happens, the fonts don't show on the list, tried this several times, also checked the font file extension and it is .ttf and .otf and none of them show, also checked on the text studio to see if them were just not showing up on the list but were available to use and nope, the fonts weren't installed, and I don't know what to do anymore! I've tried several times with different files and nothing happens, every time I repeat the profes of the cloud, select and open is like if I just did nothing, the list keeps empty and that's it, what could be happening?

Hi! Created a seed of life design behind my logo art & went to erase the lines coming through... but nothing is disappearing. lol Am I doing something wrong? It’s also not working in my other documents I’m currently working on. But is usually fine before... also updated my iPad Pro the newest one after I found out it wasn’t working.. but didn’t help! Is anyone aware of this? I have projects to finish this week! Thanks so much! -
I can no longer print any of my Craft Artist files; it was working up to a few months ago. As I have spent a lot on the software etc., can I save the files as jpg. or pdf.? Otherwise, why are they not printing? Printer okay with every other type of file and programme. -
This has been an issue for a while now. The blur brush tool adjustments in the tool bar (opacity, hardness and flow) don't seem to be doing anything. I've been using affinity photo now for about 7 months now. This never used to be an issue - the opacity, hardness and flow sliders would all have an effect on the blur brush tool. However all of the sudden, one day they stopped working and the blur brush tool is stuck on max blur! Can anybody tell me why or how to fix this? Note: these adjustments work just fine on paint brushes, burn/dodge brush tools etc its only an issue with the blur tool. -
After finding out that doing a levels adjustment opened a new layer, and I needed to toggle back to the background layer for the clone stamp tool to work I tried that and it worked fine. I then opened another image and went through the process again, levels adjustment, toggle to background, clone stamp tool. I then tried the Liquify Persona and when I dragged I could see the squares changing but the picture didn't change. I clicked on "apply" and left that and went back to "photo persona" and tried the burn tool. That didn't show any changes either even when I toggled between the layers. I then went to 'history' and saw all the adjustments I had made 'in theory' but the image hadn't changed. I clicked command-Z a few times and then saw the zoom option and changed the zoom to 100% from 125% [it was a small file]. Suddenly all my adjustments happened all at once, the liquify and all the burning I had attempted showed on the image. After that the burn tool worked like it should and I could see the adjustments as I was making them. My iMac is two weeks old so I don't think there is a speed issue there. -
Hi, I just downloaded the trial version today [25/09/2015] and installed it on my 2 week old iMac with Yosemite. Presently I use Photoshop Elements 9 and didn't want to spend a lot on more software for my new computer. I like the initial look and feel of the program and the fact that command-L brings up the much used levels option that I am used to. Another aspect of Photoshop that I sometimes use is the clone stamp tool and I tried this next, It works the same way as Elements in that alt-click selects the starting point and shows a little "+" as the source point. But when I start trying to clone the way I do in Photoshop nothing happens. Opacity and flow are both at their default 100% and hardness at 80%. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi everyone, I'm new on Affinity Designer and I got a problem concerning the path type. ( I've already checked the instructions in the helped menu but that doesn't work for me ). I hope you'll understand me because I work on the french version so that the traduction of the tools may not be exact. Well here's my problem: First I create the curve that will define the curve of my text, then I use the text box tool and I click on the curve I've juste created in order to insert a text that follows the curve. The text insertion zone is in the rectangular zone that defines the curve but the text doesn't follow the curve !! The photo attached shows where my text insertion zone is and how my text appears when I try the make a path type Thank you so much if someone here can help me, I've tried everything and I'd be very grateful ! :) Antonin
