  1. Saw this on Twitter, a great little online game for budding designers.... http://bezier.method.ac/ Dale.
  2. I would like to request that the handle be different somehow than that of the point they control. It gets pretty hard to differentiate the difference when you have a bunch of points and you need to adjust just one. See attached to see what I mean.
  3. So most (all) gradients are even transitions along a 1d line. AD does 2d, so why not 2d gradients. This is in two parts. One) every gradient would have a "Distort Mode", distort mode brings up a grid of handles, rotated to the direction of the gradient and radial etc. for the respective gradient. These can be moved, distorting the gradient. This would be basically a special implementation of the second part; 2D gradients) each 2d gradient would be a assortment of points, each with controllable spread, hsl, and shape. Spread is the distance, think a gaussian function, squished or squashed. HSL is obvious, color controllable with any of the already implemented options. Shape is the shape (no duh), by default a circle, but a star (long points extending from a circle), square, ellipse, or custom could be chosen. Inspired by Logoist 2's lightmap feature (also a good idea to implement), blurred stuff, low-poly stuff.
  4. Hi there, When you're adjusting a curve with the node handles, Is there any way to a) make the opposite handle follow your adjustment as exact mirror image – i.e., so the two sides of a curve are perfectly symmetrical? and b) have the handles themselves snap to grid? So that the curve can be repeated perfectly, on another node? I'm imagining this could be invoked with Control or Command Thanks!
  5. This may have already been covered and if so I apologize. I wanted to see if there was a way to get the crisp points like in Illustrator. When I wanted a path or fill to come to a point in Illustrator, I could grab the handles of the node and bring them in and they'd "lock in" - when I attempt this with Affinity Designer, they remain "unlocked" Does this make sense? Thanks!
