  1. On page 189 of the Designer Workbook, the user is directed to "Delete one of the intermediate nodes..." in the Brush - Editing dialog. I select the node, it turns black but nothing I do can delete it. No key affects it and there is no menu item allowing me to delete it. How does one delete a node after clicking the Ramp icon and selecting a non-linear response curve?

I think it must have been two weeks since I have ordered it and about another week when I got an email to say that my Designer Workbook has been despatched.
