  1. Hi there, I wanted to ask for an opinion about the work that I did. It's a UI concept art for new ranking iconography featuring KDA colour palette. https://www.behance.net/gallery/106037877/UI-ART-VALORANT-x-KDA-Iconography Entire work was made in Affinity Designer. Best, Piotr
  2. At first the tool cycle option was frustrating until I found out how to turn it off with a setting. Overall Photo runs far lighter than PS, the brushes are nice when they work and image resolution is always nice and sharp on export. The cons are that I can't simply import my PS brush collection and sometimes lines have weird jaggies/anti alias artifacts.
  3. Using Photo trial 1.6.4.104 . Edit : In Windows 7, Wacom Intuos Pro 4 XL. The problem : The current interactive color picker tool, that is, switching to pick color with alt key, or my case, side pen button configured as alt key, while you are with the brush tool, to very quick pick a color between 2 big chunks of painted color, so to paint with an intermediate color. This is very very fast and common technique for color blending while painting. There are many other painting, illustration or texture making techniques that also need fast color picking. To all of those, this problem applies.
  4. This is my first work in Affinity Designer. Didn't expected to enjoy this software this much after only few days of using it. I call this one "Red Moon" I hope you'll like it.
  5. Hello there! Just wanted to share a recent commission I finished a couple of days ago using Affinity Photo and a couple of custom brushes. The Ad agency wanted to have something in the 80's horror movies fashion, with a couple kids fighting against each other during a roadtrip from hell. I really don't know what will be the final use for this, but I had lots of fun making this type of illustration. Any comment good or bad, will be welcome as always! And here are some previous layout sketches. The original title was a little bit weird haha...
  6. Mad photo bash that turned into an 80's rock album cover or something. Becoming happy painting in Affinity Photo.
  7. Hello, I have just bought Affinity Photo, so please let me know if this feature already exists. What I'd like is a feature that Photoshop has where you can change the shape and rotation of round brushes to be ellipses in any direction or degree. The reason I ask for this is that I do some concept art and this feature allows me to have easy and time saving control over the perspective of the things I'm drawing. Although I think the Photoshop version could do with a lot of improvements, it's still very useful. I would also like to see the 'More' brush options appear if the RMB
