  1. This is something I don't remember seeing before 1.10.1 but now the rotate shortcut (⌘ and apple magic mouse scroll) continues to rotate when removing finger from the ⌘ key (I've also assigned a shortcut ⌘` to reset rotation) and when moving to the zoom shortcut (⌥ and apple magic mouse scroll) straight after using the rotate shortcut, it zooms as expected but if you continue to scroll while removing finger from the ⌥ key it rotates - I'd show a video to illustrate but I have no way of capturing key combos - tested on two different macs both running mojave
  2. Dear Serif, will it ever be possible to rotate the canvas, as in the ipad version? In the ipad version it is possible, why not in Windows?
  3. Hi, this quite annoying bug still exists on all current versions and platforms of the Affinity products. (iPad IOS, Windows, MACOS) When canvas is basic default orientation there is no any problem when using flat brush nozzles and nozzle rotation is controlled dynamically with angle, BUT when canvas is rotated brush nozzle follows canvas orientation. This behaviour makes canvas rotation useless on all devices for that type of brushes. I really hope that this could be fixed soon.. i have waited that almost two years now this is my third bug report on that very same thing. I really like Affinity Designer brush engine, especially how well it emulate real ink and pencil brushes, thanks to the great wet edge curves! Almost all my brushes uses some sort of flat nozzles and dynamic angle rotation control with pencil tilt. This bug makes canvas rotation impossible to use. iPads is quite easy to physically rotate but bigger Wacom Cintiq or graphics tablets are different thing. 4. Hello, apologizes in advance if this has already been mentioned but, will touch rotation ever be supported in Affinity Designer? I really love both applications but my use with them is awkward when trying to create freehand drawings and illustrations because the canvas can't be rotated which helps when drawing angles with clean lines. Every other creative application worth its salt supports this and has supported it for years (Sketchbook Pro, ArtRage, Clip Studio EX, Rebelle, ArtFlow, etc) but not Affinity Designer/Photo? It seems a bit strange considering the wealth of options otherwise presented in the package.
  5. Ever since canvas rotation was added, I've lost count of how many times I've had to reset the rotation after having accidentally rotated the view. Although it is good to be able to view an image at different angles while editing, it can get frustrating to constantly rotate the view when all you're trying to do is zoom in or out. I think that there should be an option to lock rotation so you don't accidentally rotate the view. This would make things a lot easier for me, as it seems every time I zoom in, my image ends up askew and I have to reset rotation before I can get on with my work.
