  1. Hi, I would love to be able to import blocks from CAD files (DWG/ DXF/ 3dm) as symbols. That way, I could severely reduce the file size and it would be a huge workflow improvement over Adobe Illustrator, because Illustrator is not capable of importing blocks as symbols either.
  2. Hi, A growing number of my customers are requesting paint colours from the colours used in their designs. My local Decorating Centre offer their own conversions for Pantone colours, however not all of these colours are exact, and offer their closest matches. Iv'e come across a colour pallet plugin which will help me with this problem, however I was not sure which of the six plugin options, if any, are compatible with Affinity products. Specifically Affinity Designer. I have attached a screenshot of the options as a file. If anyone can assist with my query, it would be a massive help. Thank you.
  3. Hi, Would it be possible to make multiple "linked" copies of an object or a group so that when you modify one, all of them are changed? This could work like the "components" feature in Trimble Sketchup or the "Blocks" in AutoCAD. This would be useful especially for headings and footers, symbols, logos, page layouts, etc. This feature would be a first - in my knowledge - in graphic-orientated drawing software, and a huge improvement to my workflow! Thanks for your awesome work, Daniel
  4. Finally found the right page... Would be very grateful if Serif could implement filters in AD for the file types above. Many clients are only able to provide files in these formats. Conversion to pdf and importing is a workaround, but adds a large amount of time to completing a drawing/project. Thanks.
