Hi everyone, I'm trying to move these circles to all be an equal distance from each other as well as the points of the triangle, it doesn't seem possible with the snapping system and I have no clue how to move them the way I want, can anyone help? I've attached a screenshot Thanks

So I'm trying to use a few triangles on a larger triangle, using compounds to try and flatten the vertices of a triangle, this works well on 2 vertices but leaves an artefact on the 3rd, the screenshots should show it and nothing I've tried so far has gotten rid of it; editing curves, making another triangle, etc. I should also mention that this artefact remains after I export it into PNG format for example

Hello, I recently downloaded the 10-day trial version of Affinity. While I had this trial, I was working on a project of mine using it. Then, after the ten days had gone by, I realized I had forgot to export my photo into some other file before the trial expired, and now I'm stuck with an unfinished project I have no way of opening. Does anybody know how I would go about opening/exporting this project without having to purchase the full program? -
As part of my project I want to make those brown dribbles in the screenshot look more like oil running down the screen, currently it just looks like drops, how can I make it look like more of a singular mass? As shown in the other photo I've attached, I know what I want to do but not how to do it, thanks!

The screenshot speaks for itself really, I know this is a thing in Photoshop but is there any way to snap the bottom line of the Frame Text to the bottom part of some text? I'd need this to space everything out just right. Thanks

Hi everyone, I'm working on a logo and I'm trying to get rid of 2 filled sections of some triangles, the outlines are already done but the fill is still there, the area that I want to clear is the red crossed out part, does anyone know how to do this? The way I was thinking to do is just clear the fill and use shapes to fill it in instead, merge those and then select the colour, but I feel like that'll take longer than other solutions I've attached a screenshot Thanks

Hi guys, so I'm still relatively new to Designer and I've been having a bit of trouble lately, I'm creating a logo and I need to snap some shapes around, I'm trying to get this triangle to snap to the long part of the other one but it won't capture it as a snapping point, could anyone help out? Hi, My I pad pro 10.5 is going to be full. And I know finally why. in the affinity app they save the files on the front page. I must delete them one by one. I have hundreds of them in it. so thats take me days when all of it is gone. I hope I have explained it well, and hope if you guys have an solution for it to delete it all in one time. thank you! Hi there, I love using Affinity photo, but I am missing one point with Details Refinement. In Lightroom it is possible to press the ALT-key while changing the masking slider. This gives you a masking / kind of high pass view of the sharpening that is applyed. I can't find a method to do that in Affinity Photo. Is that function missing or am I missing something? Any plans for a feature like that. Besides that, what's your workflow with Detail Refinement (RAW development)? What values are you set fixed, what is variable afterwards? What are your indications for sharpening the image appropriately? Any tips are highly appreciated! Thanks and best, David -
I'm trying to get a file I've been working on in Affinity over to a friend using Illustrator for final (minor) edits. At minimum, he at least needs to be able to open it on Illustrator with no loss of resolution. I have tried exporting it as every file extension available with Affinity and they all lose resolution or effects upon export. Does anyone know how best to tackle this problem? Hello. I made abstract deer with triangles. When i try to join shapes (triangles) into one with Operations: Add I get following problem which can be seen on screenshot 2. Is there any other way to join shapes without getting problem/loosing shapes i made. Thank you in advance!

Hi all, I am very new to Affinity Designer and am currently viewing this tutorial: At 1:17 they create an eclipse then apply the Gaussian blur to 100%. It reduces the image down to literally that.. a blur. However, when I follow the exact same steps this is what I receive: SEE ATTACHED. I am doing the exact same steps that they take. Any help?!

I want to import a picture from photos on ipad into Affinity to experiment with. Apart from getting a blank import screen nothing else happens when I press the import from photos button. I assumed it would sync with my photos app. I am not finding Affinity particularly intuitive. I would like to get started on my own project rather than just play with tutorials. When will A book for iPad be available? I have bought the tome that applies to Mac thinking it might be of some use with ipad. Workflow is signficantly different as not to be useful with ipad, unfortunately. Advice would be appreciated. -
Hi there I'm just buy Affinity Designer and downloading from Apple Store (I have Mac)... I wondering some questions.. Why in my Affinity account there is nowhere my downloads, and my order history is empty???.. Secondary and minor importance.. this BONUS - Grade UI Kit... it's only for windows users???... Third... if I need to install again the software... how can I do it??? because in Mac it's making auto-install.. one more... Downloads & Product Keys in my Affinity account is empty..... Hello everyone, so I bought Affinity Designer quite awhile ago (pretty much in the beta). I just randomly noticed, that apparently I no longer have any software licenses for Affinity Designer in the Mac App Store, where I originally purchased the software. (the is only the 'buy' option instead of 'open') That way I'm obviously no longer able to update my software. That by the way does not apply for Affinity Photo. I honestly don't really want to buy the software a second time for no reason so I would be very grateful for any help! -

Hope I have posted in right place. I have used Serif Draw Plus for past 5 years and like it lots, however I also use ArtRage 4 with graphic pad and pondering about upgrading to 5 My questions for the Tech guys and experienced Serif users are as follows. How does the Affinity program compare with DrawPlus and is it compatible with ArtRage or good enough to stand alone as I like to produce artwork in oils on graphics tab with ArtRage and can obtain stroke patterns and some texture appearance. Do I need both Artrage and Affinity ? Thanks all -
