  1. Hi there, I found a potential issue using the Vector Flood fill in my workflow, I made a video tutorial showing and teaching how to use this tool, as Freehand illustration drawing, When we want to fill one area, unfortunately, we need to double-check all the lines that are not connected properly, because if so, the area will not work as it should. The solution for that, perhaps is to Add a tolerance for the Vector Flood fill, that consideres the lines very close, because if the line is not closed perfectly, it won't work as shown on the photos below or, add something like auto snapping during the use of Pencil tool, somehow. In the video I show this issue that I found in the process of working with Affinity 2. https://www.youtube.com/live/ex6_TXFK1f0?feature=share&t=1713 If you can take a look about this possibility, it would make this tools very usable for illustrators in this matter
  2. Instead of having to select vectors every time. One should be able to just select the bucket and click and fill and all visible vector in the selected area are used to create the vector fill. The option to select should exist yet not required. Along with that there should a gap tolerance that will still fill the area making up for small gaps one might not have seen.
