In addition it is worth noting that files created in Affinity 1.5 cannot be opened in 1.4, which means files created with the Windows beta cannot be opened in the Mac AppStore version of Designer, instead you will need the latest macOS beta. In some input fields that have a dropdown next to it, like in the "Character tab" under "Positioning and Transform" the first input field "V/A": you can click into the field the text in that field ("Auto") gets selected and highlited then click on the dropdown-button, it openes the dropdwon list if you now try to move the mouse down to select something from the dropdown-list, it will automatically close the dropdwon-menu

When I opened up an existing project in build 1.5.0.9 and added a couple of text layers, I got the intermittent scrollbar weirdness shown in the attached GIF animation.
