Using the [file] > [export] option from the vector persona. I selected 12 artboards seeking to publish a 12-page pdf. My file has never been exported. Even left it overnight. Using a Mac M1, Ventura 13.2.1 There's a bug in the export preview (.jpg/.png) which shows kind of a transparency in the file. The exported file is fine, no transparency, it's just the preview of Affinity 2 apps. It's not 2.1 Beta-specific, it happened in the Version 2.0, too.
