[Can't Edit Text - Suspect Text is Converted to Image]

I'm new to Affinity  hence the second question in quick succession.

I've been using Photopea & edit text in the attached file no problem but when I import it into Affinity I suspect the text is being rasterized.  It become pixelated & I can't edit it.   I'm not sure why this is happening.   Appreciate any ideas.

Hi. 

I'm having trouble exporting to PSD.  I can export to JPG OK but  I get "error occurred while exporting to: C:\...\back rev4.psd when I try to export to PSD.
