Illustrator CS3 files to ADesigner

Queensnorth posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I have Illustrator CS3 documents where I have work/designs off on the pasteboard (canvas). Is there a way to get to this work/designs when I open them in ADesigner? I realize this is quite the app version jump. Normally I'd just open Illustrator and adjust all those documents so I can see everything in ADesigner, however, due to crappy circumstances I cannot open Illustrator.
