Thank you Dan No problem with the masks. It was easy. So in the future ?? Can I in some way add the "file headers" myself or do I have to use Aff. Publisher? Was it there you fixed it ?? And how about the crashes? It was along time since the file just crashed and I had to start all over unless there was a recovery file. It obviously looks like it still crashes. When will next update come where you have rewritten the program? I can see there were a lot of q-marks this time !?!? Thanks a lot //Claes

5 TB not 500GB!

W10 64 Photo V2 Local disk 500GB ssd Toshiba Uploaded 2 files that crashes every time. A long time ago you saved one file for me by open it in Publisher. So there must be All info in the file. So... why ? Hope you can find a solution. As I said, it is getting very frustrating.

Now it append for the third time in a short while. Corrupted file Seriously I'm getting tired of this. You spend hours in a project and then suddenly it all disappears What´s wrong ?? I thought this was fixed a long time ago. I don´t want to buy Publisher V2 just because to save a corrupted file in Photo V2 I tried to download the file but it was to big. //Claes

Now it happened again. I thought you had fixed this problem because this is the first time for a long period. The file crashes at saving and can´t be opened again. This is the reason I bought Af. Publisher with the possibility to restore the files. Can anyone see what the problem is. And hopefully fix it. I´m getting very tired of loosing a lot of working time. Nop Have only Aff.Publicher V1 that I almost never use. I bought it as a “rescue” app when Photo V1 images crashed and someone told me if I uploaded them in Publisher I could restore them. Since I now only use Photo V2 this one is useless. ( waste of money) So it´s plain Photo V2

Hello guys What am I doing wrong ?!? Just bought an asset “shadows Overlays by Martins Ribeiro” In my account I can see it is downloaded and installed. The user guide tells me it is now ready to go. ?? But where is it? In the assets panel no sign of it. What am I doing wrong. I´ve looked everywhere. I´ll try By the way, I saw there was a 50% discount for the Publisher that you used to recover the corrupt files. Is it possible for you to arrange the discount prise even if it is one day to late Could be great if the problem occur again

The company (Tele2 in Sweden) is my internet provider who also have an unlimited cloud service. Every time I make a change or add a new file it is instantly and automatically uploaded to the cloud. As I said earlier I never download anything. It´s just a safety backup BG

Thank you for fixing my file Yes I have a backup in a cloud service. But as I understand it´s just a copy stored in the cloud. I have never downloaded any files from it. BG

Hi again Dan Well here we go again. A new corrupt file. What exactly did you do to recover the file I sent you earlier. If you could explain it to me maybe I can fix upcoming corrupt files myself. Hi again Dan The file is stored at my local disc with a free space of 3TB The file/image is under construction, so it´s not a final image. Still a lot of things to do. I have opened and saved it several times without any problems. Thanks for taking time to look at it. diaXX22222extra2.afphoto

Hi Dan I haven´t had any more problems with sudden crashes recent times (TG) But today when I opened a file it suddenly was corrupted. (the file I s corrupted and has to be closed) This has happened several times before, as you know, but not for a long time. This is very, very annoying Now I have to start from the very beginning with a very complex image What to do now ?? I haven´t deliberately made any changes to the computor No crash report found
