  1. I just don't want the picture zooming of its own accord. If I'm trying to do a cut out and it automatically zooms beyond what I need, it's beyond frustrating. It takes so much more time to do a relatively simple task. Basically, I want to be able to set it to the zoom level I need to accomplish my task - I don't want to be chasing the picture all around the page. If that can't be done, I'll probably switch to a graphics program that can. Lots of really neat bells and whistles with this otherwise but if it can't accomplish something as simple as setting a simple zoom level, I just can't deal with that. Time is precious.
  2. Thanks for stepping up to help out. I was able to get my bulleted list sorted out but still trying to work out a couple other bugs.
  3. Hi guys, thanks for your input but I'm still having troubles with this. I'm attaching a copy of my work in publisher so you can see. There's so much that I like about Affinity that I really want to see this through. Thanks for the help provided and I'm hoping I can get a bit more when someone sees the actual Publisher file. I got the bulleted list cleared up but now having issues with the un-bullet headings that wrap with no space between them. linecard19.afpub
  4. I'm having an issue where when I create a bulleted list and a second line occurs due to word wrap, there is no space between the two lines. I can't figure out where or how to get the appropriate spacing I need for a marketing piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I know it's something super simple. TIA
  5. There are tons of us Adobe rebels that are leaving that egregious monopoly and are heartened greatly by your Photo and Designer programs. Would love to see your skill set applied to a Dreamweaver replacement. Please keep us posted should you need beta testers.
  6. Greetings and first of all, love your Photo program. I've been a very longtime user of Fireworks for use with web design and now currently LOATHE Adobe for strangling off such a useful program. I stopped at CS6 perpetual and absolutely refuse the cc. Anyway it's come to the point if I'm going to continue web work I need to move forward and so after much research, just purchased your Photo and Designer a few days ago. Very, very impressed so far. One thing I'm not seeing that I used quite a bit in FW was the States function. I did not use that for animated gifs, but found it very useful for keeping editable slide show graphics in one place. Let me explain. Lets say I needed a dozen or so pics of the same size I could create a dozen states and after creating the pics for each, save the whole lot as a single png file. Once source file versus a dozen. Each state was then exported to jpg. So, ergo my questions about Affinity Photo and States. TIA for any response.
