Affinity Publisher Public Beta - 1.7.0.206

Windows 7... I downloaded the 1.7.0.206 version (twice) and they both failed to install over a previous beta version. I am now left with a folder to which I do not even have Administrator access in C\Program Files\Affinity. I cannot delete this folder. I cannot uninstall the old version as it does not now appear in the Control Panel/Programs listing. What to do?
