Thank you so much. I will starting looking at things a little differently now. Not expecting things to behave as they did in Photo Shop just because they have the same name.

I am new to Affinity but have worked with Photo Shop of many years for my own personal project nothing super fancy. The issue I am having is I cannot figure out how to crop the entire photo to a specific size. I think I have tried everything under the Crop tool but just can't figure it out. I want to open a photo and crop it to 6X4. But when I stretch the grid to incorporate the entire photo it increases the size back to the original size. I totally don't understand. Is there a beginner book? I have the Affinity Photo Workbook but it is to general on most subjects.
