I normally do not have problems with tiffs created by DXO, they all open fine in AP. I tried something and created a 40.000px tiff and jpg. The tiff does not open and the jpg opens in AP as expected. File size could be an issue, the jpg has only 350MB

Hello, I have a tiff, with 40.000 px and 6,4GB created in DXO. It does not open in AP. I get an error message saying: FAiled to open tiff file. File type is not supported. Thanks for any help. Sigi

My original problem got solved by a simple restart. But I have a tiff generated by Autopano Pro which opens with alpha channel only in AP, AP Beta and Photoshop 4 I will upload the file in the link provided above

Hello, I created a Panorama in Autopano Pro, 16 bit tiff. Opened in AP Beta, did the final touches, saved the file. In my DAM - Photo Supreme - I see the thumbnail but when I want to enlarge it I just see a black screen. I thought that is a problem of Photo Supreme BUT I tried to open this file in: - Photoshop 4: alpha channel only - in the offical Affinity Photo version: it opens the Develop Persona - for a tiff - and stays on a white screen Sigi
