First, I really like your product. I rarely buy software any more, but yours has swung me over to parting with some cash! Affinity shows great promise.
And I admire your coming out with a hard cover manual, it also shows great confidence in your product. However, oddly enough I would prefer a soft cover so I can have it bound with a spiral binding. See the photos. Ever want to study a hard back manual, and have to keep an elbow on the book so it doesn't snap shut? And leave one hand for the mouse, or perhaps you need both hands for the keyboard? I'm sure you have! Note how nice and flat the manual lies - sans elbow! I had mine bound with the local Kinko's, it cost somewhere between $5 and $10, can't remember. I don't know if Kinko's is world-wide but I'm sure you have something similar.

PS: Or, better yet, offer the next edition with the manual already bound this way.
