  1. For whatever reason it now works on my machine. Thank you all for the suggestions.
  2. No, there is no reason except that I've didn't paid attention. lol.
  3. I've drawn an illustration of a crocodile for no reason except too much time. 🙂 I'am working with Designer and Photo on a windows pc with a wacom tablet attached. The original photo was taken by vaun0815 at unsplash.
  4. Hi MEB, yes I've set them in both personas, with "apply to all" and without.
  5. @walt.farrell, are you sure in the designer-beta? It works for me in beta-photo, beta-publisher and in all retail-versions, but not in the designer beta.
  6. I'am not an workflow expert of any kind but I think this can be done with the brandnew "Data-Merge-Manager" in the actual 1.9-beta-version of Publisher.
  7. In the actual designer-beta it is not possible to assign the "worlds most important"-shortcut "D" to set primary/secondary colors to black and white. I've tried, of course, other keys but no one's working. Designer forget the shortcuts immediatly after closing the prefs. Am I the only one?
  8. Hello TrentG, Affinity Photo has a mesh-warp-tool which let you wrap pixel-content in many ways and there is the liquify-persona which could be an option/addition for this kind of tasks.
  9. I've tested the brush that Joachim_L uploaded and it works in the retail-version, with mouse and wacom Intous (but only sensitve to size).
  10. I ve tried to change the measurements in the upper left corner, as soon as I change there it changes in the transformation-field/tab. Maybe you could try to change without having a selection (as your screenshot displays). Ich hab das probiert in der oberen, linken Ecke, sobald ich dort die Einheiten ändere, ändern sie sich auch im Transformationsfenster. Versuch es mal ohne eine Auswahl aktiv zu haben (wie auf deinem screenshot).
  11. Hello JGPorter, I've downloaded your file and it works just the way you've described. Doubleclick on the front book cover layer, and Photo opens a new document called "Embedded" where you can add your design.
  12. Hello Chesterton, I'm not a Mac-User but you should be able to in/decrease values in small steps by pressing and holding the command/ctrl-Key while using the middle mousebutton. If this helps.
  13. Ich verstehe das Problem leider nicht. Was soll denn das Endresultat sein, die Buchstaben in umgekehrter Reihenfolge etwa? Kannst du ein Bild-Beispiel zeigen? I don't understand the problem. What should the result look like? The letters in reversed order? Could you show an example?
  14. It seems that there is something going wrong with the translation, the question is in italian, the answer in french. 🙂 stokerg answered: Che problema hai? Uno screenshot che mostra il problema mentre hai selezionato un pennello ha lo scopo di aiutarti a capire perché non funziona come previsto.
  15. This new (maybe to me but I haven't found any mention) "select same" and "select object" is a real great feature! Chapeau or Hats off dear devs.
  16. Usually I start with transparent background/canvas so I can paint with white or black. After reading your topic I started several new documents with a white background/canvas and the colors are like you've explained (white as primary), but as soon I select the brush-tool the colors are switching and I can paint with black immediatly. I never had a thought abaout any logic behind this, sorry.
  17. Hi Andy, in Publisher you need to go to the Pixel-Persona, there you find the Resize Document Dialog.
