I also have this problem with Grave Etcher not installing its brushes into Designer.

My setup is the 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 inch, running iOS 12 and Affinity Designer v 1.6.4.45, though I can also confirm it doesn’t install on 1.6.3.44 either.

i have closed all apps, restarted the iPad, and reattempted to no avail.

The brushes in the other 4 packs I puchased installed without an issue.
