.NET Framework 4.7.2 was installed but no change Norton internet security was stopped but no change but Install_Monitor from Mirekusoft.com was working in the same time of Affinity installation. This is due to its functionality of monitoring the system to keep a layer of what's going on the system for further possible issue. I stopped the prog and everything is now well installed. Hope that could help for new users. Thank you for your help

Speccy64.exe gave me these informations about MS .Net installed on my windows system : .NET Frameworks installed v4.6 Full v4.6 Client v3.5 SP1 v3.0 SP2 v2.0 SP2 I never used these and I don't know how it wooks. Is that your question ?

Hello, I just bought affinity-photo-1.6.5.135.exe. Install failed. Nothing happens after a click on install. My system : Windows 7 Professionnel 64-bit SP1 (Aero activé) Intel Core i7-3540M CPU @ 3.00GHz RAM 8 Go SSD Drive 235 Go / free 50 Go DirectX 11 Resolution 1366 X 768 The following text was found in the file AppData\Local\Temp\AffinitySetup\Setup.log : "Trying to start process: C:\Users\Phil\AppData\Local\Temp\AffinitySetup\69f7809d-f101-11e8-9891- 028037ec0200\SetupUI.exe /log=true Succeeded: 1Waiting for process to finish... Exit code: -532462766" I did not find any SetupUI.log file nor install.log in the folder AffinitySetup. I tried the "1.6.5 Installation Issues FAQ" with no result so far. Please note that I'm having the same problem installing Affinity Publisher Beta. What does it mean ? Can you help and fix this ? Many thanks in advance for your reply.
