Thanks! Switching to USA worked, btw they offered me with 42$ when I emailed them

I have the same problem and they offered me a little more expensive when I contacted them and I didn't accept.

Every time when I try to pace and order with paypal there's and error and nothing happens : We’re sorry but something went wrong while placing your order. If you continue to see this message, please contact our customer support operatives who will be able to assist you further. I also contacted affinity@serif.com and they made a manual order and with a little more expensive price. Why can't I buy on the store?
