So it's not just me! I'm taking a beginner course on digital processing which uses Lightroom. There are no courses available locally on Affinity.
My thought was that I'd learn something in Lightroom and then bring it home and try to replicate the same basic techniques in Affinity. I was totally confused when images I'd taken for my course (meant to be low-key, high-key, and mid-range) did not appear anything like that in Affinity--though they did in LR.
This is all VERY CONFUSING for a beginner. I would have thought the histograms would be similar if not the same for a photo straight out of the camera.
