  1. Also it seems to be a general issue and not the one exclusive to Designer, as Photo behaves in exactly same way.
  2. I also agree that this is the issue that should be looked into. If there are differences or limitations between versions of same software, purchased via different stores, then it should be clearly stated somewhere, to avoid customers confusion. I purchased Affinity Designer via Windows Store as well and while I don't plan to use it on multiple systems yet, I'd still like to be sure, that one day I won't lose further updates or access to installation file if agreement between Serif and Microsoft will be broken for instance.
  3. Is the version I got full and legit and will still receive all the updates and support same as one bought via Affinity Store? Just thinking if I shall try and refund it there and get a new one here, or it's okay to keep the one I have. Thank you.
  4. Hello. I just bought Affinity Designer from Microsoft Windows Store and after claiming Grade UI Kit offered by Affinity Designer application, I've noticed that this claim appeared, as purchased, in my Serif.com account when Affinity Designer itself did not. There's only a trial version of Designer I tried couple months ago available. Is there a way of linking my Windows store purchase to my Serif.com account and if not, where does that leave me with further updates and support? Thank you.
