Hello, I need to used linked files in Affinity Designer but i don't find this function. Could you say me where it is ? I need that because i use Affinity Designer to make vector design template and only one picture change. I work my picture with Capture One. So if i can make a link to for example the file photo.jpg on my desktop i only need to export pictures from Capture One to my desktop. Capture One can send file to a program but it is not possible to send picture in an affinity designer file and at a specific position and layer. I need to do this lot so it is for me the better solution. Best regards

Have the ability to put simply dot or dashed line around a form could be great.

I have solve my problem, I use erase layer functionality. It's more flexible and simple. Thanks Affinity Designer ;)

I just want redo my logo with affinity designer. With illustrator i duplicate my text, add borders, make vector with borders (in my french version of illustrator : vectoriser les contoures) and subtract it to red lines. please find below the final result.

In illustrator I duplicate my text, add border, convert it in curves and then subtract to another form. Other solution in illustrator convert form in curve and expend. Best regards.
