"Setup Failed" repeatedly. On Windows 10, I tried running as administrator with same results. I also uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Any ideas? also tried clean reboot...

I don't see the "Type" selection in the context toolbar. See attached capture. Oooops that's the Paint Mixer tool.
