I figured it out guys, I just tripled the size of the image 2460px by 936px and then FB compressed it and the quality came out much better.

Still doesn’t answer the question, I obviously tried larger file sizes before I tried this and it still looked like crap

Hi Guys,

I am looking for some direction here as I have read through many of the forum articles on this topic but it just doesn't seem to work for me. I am uploading my cover photo image to facebook and no matter how I export from designer it still looks like crap and pixelated when uploaded. I have set me size to 851px by 315px made sure I am below 100kb selected SRGB and no matter what it still looks like crap. What am I doing wrong? am I exporting it incorrectly? I have tried it in both JPEG and PNG and the result looks the exact same. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I did know that, maybe I worded this incorrectly. I am looking for more brushes to use in the vector persona as they are limited and even the ones in the pixel persona are limited as well. I can export those all day as PNG files but I’m still looking for one that resembles a dry brush look.

This is my first post however I have been reading all the questions and getting great info on this forum. The one thing I am having trouble finding is more vector brushes specifically a few dry brush strokes. I’ve watched a couple tutorial on how to make brushes but am having trouble making a good dry brush stroke. 

My question is does anyone know where I can find some or does anyone have a couple to share.

[Subtract function leaves fine line]

I couldn’t find if this was answered anywhere so I apologize if it is. 

I am having an issue that when I use the subtract operation the object is being subtracted but it leaves a fine line. When switched to nodes and zoomed in it appears that the outer most edge of the shape still exists but the centre is cut out. I though that after a first attempt my top shape to be cut out just wast big enough and was inside the bottom shape but when tried again and making sure my top shape extended beyond the borders of the bottom shape the line is still there. What am I doing wrong?
