No I do not remember having ever installed a font. I'm a photographer and have no need to install fonts. If I have a rogue font how do I go about finding it?

There are 377 fonts installed and I have recently installed a font manager but I really do not know what purpose it serves. It does not crash when loading the fonts but when the next screen is loaded. Which is the screen to let you use the programme. That screen loads for a couple of seconds and then crashes.

Hi Callum Computer - Intel (r)Core (TM) i3-4130 CPU @ 3.4 ghz installed memory 8 GB 64 bit operating system. What happens when I boot up Affinity Photo is the logo appears then it says loading font the grey screen then appears and I expect the rest to follow such as all the means to use the programme and then it crashes. I managed to load the trial version once and used it for the day but when I started the computer the next day I could not load Affinity it just crashed as i have explained.

I have just purchased Affinity Photo after having problems loading the trial version, thinking this would solve the problem. Unfortunately the problem still exists. The programme will load up to the operating screen then crashes. I so much would like to use this editing programme and have never had a problem with the other editing programmes that I use. Can you help mesolve this problem?
