Is there any way to live mirror half of an object? I'm trying to draw a symmetrical face.

In a UI design program like Figma or Sketch, I get measurements between objects and it snaps automatically so that there is equal spacing. I noticed this wasn't out of the box in Affinity Designer. Is there a way to enable it?
