CMD+J doesn't work as expected
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Hi!
I tried to make this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fP62Kl7yE_U
In the tutorial is shown, that a layer is duplicated, transformed and then duplicated several times, so the clipart is rotating around the center. He's using CTRL+J (on Windows). If I try this on my iMac CMD+J only duplicate the layer without the rotation. Is this a bug or did I something wrong? I tried this several times and it never works as in the video shown.
I'm using an iMac mid 2011, 16GB RAM, High Sierra 10.13.6 and Affinity Photo V1.6.7
