Hi, I'm looking to resize a canvas but not sure how it's done in Affinity.  I want to convert it from 1800x1200 to 600x1200 but only want the left side to be visible.

See attached for a sample

Normally in photoshop I would resize canvas then select the left arrow.  Please advise.

I tried to double click with the "Tool" selection and nothing happens.

I tried to do as you intsructed with the text tool and it just creates another layer.

Just an FYI, this file is originally a photoshop file if that makes a difference.

Hi,

I'm trying to simply edit the text in a text layer.  I choose the Artistic text tool, hover over the text and a new text layer is created.

I choose the "move too" and it just allows me to move the text.

When I used photoshop, all I had to do was select the layer, select the text tool and double left click and I'm able to edit the text.

Please advise.
