Chromakey (green / blue screen) isn't a feature of AP. That said, selecting objects against a contrasting background is easy - make sure the background is uniformly lit and the subjects aren't casting shadows on it. Chromakey would be easier, but you can't guarantee that someone won't be wearing clothing that suddenly becomes transparent (in the non-pervy sense!).
