Just another user lending weight to the request for this feature. I am a professional designer, I recently began using Affinity for personal projects I do at home. I am currently trying to recolor a seamless vector pattern I bought on Shutterstock. It's an eps file. It is literally thousands of small pieces. I rarely start anything from scratch and often the artwork I receive has gone through several file formats before it gets to me. This feature is absolutely fundamental for users trying to make use of artwork that has been shattered by that kind of conversion.The workflow you've allowed for here is severely limited.

Posting to +1 to keep letting Serif know that lack of this feature is a deal-breaker for full adaption of A.D. Seems like Serif got so into building other apps (Photo, Publisher, iOS apps, etc.) they forgot to finish Designer. A shame. 

Let me add my voice to the infernal chorus (we sure ain't divine!) respectfully requiring this feature. I use this literally almost every single time I'm working in Illustrator. I really, really, want to use the Affinity apps as my daily drivers but there are just too many missing functions like select same (and 1-bit graphic support, and vector warp, and, and) that leave this suite in the Amateur field when it comes to production graphics.
