I am having this same issue. Started the last couple of days and I hadn't installed any new fonts in recent times. MacBook Pro 15" 2017 Big Sur Affinity Designer 1.9.3. Any help would be appreciated, I am unable to export a document with a deadline of 1700 today (posting this at 1530!)
