[Text on cycle and direction]

Hello,

I need to create text that goes around a circle  on the top and in the same circle i can start a new frase i found a picture in the internet that show what i really need.

 

 

the First part where says " Premium Designs "  i have no problem, my problem is the lower part, where says "By Premium Designers" you can see that look like  a new sentence , i experiment quite a bit, the only thing i can get, is the text going in the insight of the circle but is not what i need.

any suggestions?
