[All Exports are pixelated!]

I’m using a Mac, OS 12.

The file is 1220mm x 2440mm, and consists of text which has been converted into curves. When I have exported as a vector, and zoom in on the exported file, the lines pixelated. 

When ever I have used any other program to export vectors, the lines are totally crisp and pin sharp (as vectors are and should be).

Ive been tearing my hair out trying to figure out why all my experts come out pixelated, wether that is a PNG or EPS/PDF. 

I have set my document up to the exact size of the banner I have designed but the exports are still pixelated. Why is this happening?!

This is really embarrassing for when I send clients their work and they come back tome to tell me that the vector is pixelated. I need a short and concise solution to this as everything I have found online is not making it clear.
