  1. It is working now. Thank you for your help. I hope it won't start happening again.
  2. Here is the zip file you asked for. When I try to access Edit/Preferences the program locks and I can't do anything on it. CrashReports.zip
  3. I have tried different fonts. It still crashes.
  4. I have just updated to Publisher 1.8 on Windows 10. I am trying to produce a leaflet for a company called 'MG Piano'. Whenever I type that company name into a text frame the whole program crashes. It usually happens when I get to the 'P'. So far it has happened every time I have tried it - at least five documents, including a blank unsaved new document. Do you have any ideas? Is it a keyboard shortcut for something?
  5. I am using the latest version of Publisher on windows 10. Since updating to this version I have had to restart my document three times. Each time I have saved as I go along. When I try to open my saved document it fails and says the document can't be found. I can see it in Explorer and it says it it is a decent size. On other occasions when I try to save I get the message to the effect that it cannot find the authorisation to save and must close immediately. Therefore, I lose the document. The furthest I have got on this document before failure was two pages of normal text. I have had no problems with the previous version.
  6. I magnify the page so that I can read my text as I type. Whenever I Alt-click to creat a new page with a linked frame, the page view reverts to the default size and I have to re-magnify it again.
