Thanks! At first I thought this was going to be too "clunky" to be the right solution ... "surely there must be a better way" ... but actually it's perfectly workable

How do you efficiently draw a box with text in it? I have used rectangle tool to create the box, then text frame to put text in, but this make the rectangle "disappear" - the whole thing becomes a text frame the size of the rectangle, but with no borders. Thanks
