Yes. I've just installed .174 and the result is the same. Just now I tested overwriting an existing file and it deleted it, again with no error messages. Regards Bob

Version .162 Save as PDF (For print) - haven't tried other presets - performs as expected unless 'Preview export when completed' is selected. In that case it fails silently. I've used Preview successfully in previous versions. Bob

I've searched the forum and found this topic only once so perhaps I'm missing something. AP is great, I'm sure I will be able to move from InDesign but having no document wide layers is driving me mad! On a multi-page document I'll want a layer for images, another for text etc. On AP it appears I have to set that up on each page. I can't believe it - please tell me I've missed something. Bob
