I am asking unanswered for a better integration into the os. It is a pain in the ass to use only the in app dialog for choosing the images. For me this is a real shortcoming and I can not beleave it is a great project to solve this. Serif please do this, it is important! Holla

Old thread but even in 1.9. nobody addresses this simple looking task. This is sad because it is a game breaker for me and I can not think of a single situation where the current behavior is better than the OS-default drag and drop.

+1 it is the same for HDR! Using affinity photo for more than one panorama is very "unhandy" at the moment.

I would love to see: Drag & Drop photos into panorama and HDR from other tools (like explorer) building 360° panorama more comprehensible approach in manipulation a just builded panorama. A quicker preview of a manipulated panorama. The recalculation time kills me

I am very happy with what we got. But one think I'm really missing: Draging Pictures from other tools into the selection for panorama and HDR. The current implementation doesn't work for me well, because the internal selection dialog always starts with the first image in the folder. Holla

I just want to second this! I always ask myself why not anybody is asking for a working d-a-d solution. For me it is really necessary - I like smooth workflows between different tools. I used gimp as pixel editor until buying affinity, and I'm still flashed with any new feature I discover. But this missing d-a-d is not so nice.
