    I looked at the video and you are correct - the installer doesn't even start. I never get to that Affinity window box. After I type in the /log and hit Ok, nothing happens.

    Hi Thanks for helping. I removed all compatibility settings, then I restarted, then run as Administrator and got to the User Account Control screen and said Yes to allow changes to be made, and then got the Infinity installer has stopped working screen again. I then used the Run Dialog box to try and find the log files for you but it said the folder was empty.

    Hi I've recently purchased the Affinity Photo Windows version and downloaded it to my PC, however when I try to install it I get a message saying Infinity installer has stopped working. I have Windows 8.1 on my PC. I tried running in in compatibility mode for Windows 8 but got the same message. Any suggestions please? Thanks Monica
