For selected buttons correct translate is: "Dark" is "Темный","Light" is "Светлый".

It's a good recommendation. But the hyphenation have many bugs in russian language in Publisher. -

Yes. 1. Download dictionaries from internet (https://github.com/freedesktop/libreoffice-dictionaries or other place). 2. Convert hyph_ru_RU.dic to UTF-8. 3. Convert case to lowercase. 4. Put files into \Publisher Public Beta\Resources\Dictionaries\ru_RU\. It work for me.
