    Thanks for the panic attack. There's certain photos you just don't use in marketing and a macro photo of a spider is one of them.

    Exporting a selection that has a stroke always leaves padding around the object. If I export a 512px PNG or JPG, the object will be shrunk down to about 430px and will have a white/transparent border around it. I saw this was acknowledged as a bug about 2 years ago, so I wonder why I'm encountering this.
