As a small publisher of 11+ years using Lulu and Amazon (Createspace) to print books on demand, I suggest that the US industry standards like Trade (6x9 inches) should be available in the presets when you start a new document. Plenty of small publishers in the self-pub and tabletop gaming business are using that format (at least 3 I know of who use PP). Not an essential feature, but it should be a nice nod.

another vote for the ability to import PPP files, even if in a limited way. I have published over 35 books designed with PP and I would like to be able to update them without having to run/learn two separate softwares on my computer Andrea
