  1. Hey! I make transit diagrams and maps for fun. This one shows what is left of both electric systems (2 trolleybus lines and 1 tram line) in Vladivostok, Russia. It features a small geographical map for orientation, so both networks are only peripheral and none of them goes into the center anymore. Constructive feedback is appreciated - enjoy it! Chris
  2. Hey! A transit map of a near future light rail letbane system in Odense, Denmark Phase 1 in green is near opening. The stations are fixed. Phase 2 in turquoise is not yet fixed and a bit speculative. Constructive feedback appreciated. Chris
  3. Thank you so much 😃 Unexpected but highly welcome 😃 Keep up the great work and stay safe and healthy!
  4. Updated version with corrections in the Millbrae and Daly City area 😃 Now I have also included the bright version. Have a great Sunday!
  5. And here is another one:
  6. Hey! Here I will some photos of my cats (Marx and Engels - yes, they are red cats haha) which I take with my Nikon D90 and edit in Photo afterwards. Enjoy them and I do appreciate constructive feedback! Chris
  7. Hey, here is a photo taken during a visit to Linz a few years ago. This is a historic car of the Pöstlingbergbahn (mountain tramway) ready for the departure. Taken at the terminal in the Linz city center. Most curious thing is the gauge — 900mm narrow gauge. It was adapted from meter gauge to enable it running on the streetcar system from the mountain to the city center. Feedback is appreciated 😃 Have a nice Monday ✌️ Chris
  8. Thanks a lot for your feedback! Happy you love it! And you are right. Haven't noticed this color issue 🙂 I will look into this!! Thanks for the input! Will post any update soon here! Stay safe too!
  9. Good morning! Here is a panorama (stitched together a few photos to create it) of San Francisco and it's nice skyline. The photos were taken years ago and due to plenty of free time now I discovered it again and edited them into this panorama. Any feedback or input is welcome!
  10. Wow, awesome 🙂 as said I was concerned it might look overdone. Thanks 🙂
  11. Thanks man 🙂 happy to hear that! I was afraid it might be too much
  12. Hey! Having more time now due to you know what let me do more photo editing. Here is the first version of the photo of my commuter train in the morning entering my station: Afterwards went for a bit more dramatic look: Which one do you prefer?
  13. Due to the current situation I found time to update my Sheffield map - now featuring the official line color of the purple line (instead of my red): What do you think of this new iteration?
  14. Hey! A suggestion regarding the font management: I am wondering if there is way to make the font substitution I make in Publisher can be permanent? I have noticed that the font substitution only works within Publisher. If I open the file where I have done this in Designer the substitution is gone and as there is noch font manager available I have to stick to Publisher for any further edits. I know I could use styles but in old files I don't used styles and so it's difficult to change certain fonts in the whole document at once. Is there a way to make this substitution permanent via a (suite-wide) font manager in every app? All the best, Chris
  15. Hey! Ever wondered what would happen if RER and BART would have fallen in love? Here is a possible result of such a love story! This map is obviously influenced and inspired by early RER map design by Rudi Meyer although I have pushed and developed it a bit further. After all the discussions about the official map recently I thought this might be interesting to see. 🙂 Have fun! Constructive feedback is always appreciated. Chris
  16. Now tried it without an AD file placed in it (made PDF outputs of the AD file) and now I can save it... so exporting form AD to PDF and then placing it seems to work... but that is not ideal for me...
