Yep, and actually I rather would pay an extra premium just for that feature alone than stay chained to that other firm's payment model for another year. EDIT: btw, I have to use data merge at this moment with that other software...

The Data Merge feature is more or less the only reason I had to use InDesign the last years. I had hope that this feature would be included in Publisher. Please add it!
